Biography
My sister was the only sister i've ever known.She was always there for me when i needed her when we were kids.Athough as teenagers and adults we drifted a little i always knew i had her around.We did silly things as kids like when i wanted to cut my hair when i was 10yrs old and she was 13yrs old.My mom walked in on my sister cutting it off hahahaha.There were also times when we would fake being sick so we could stay home from school if we knew a really cool kids' program was going to be on.One of my most fondest memories of me and my sister was when they were having a 2 for 1 ticket sale at this old movie theater on fordham rd(which is no longer there) and she took me to see Gremlins.I was 12yrs old and she was 15yrs old.We would walk along the Grand Concourse,the 6 blocks from our house,to the theater and i felt so happy to be hanging with my sis.I miss her terribly but at least her memories are in my heart and i can always think back and smile.My sister got into trouble from time to time but i was always there to back her up as if i was the big sister.And i was always there to make sure she knew no matter what that she was loved.And there were times when she would visit me and the family and would always end the visit with a hug saying i love you.Sometimes i would get a little scared like why would she need to say this because we'll see her the next time.But you know what it didn't have to be a scary thing because she was settled in the fact that she knew we loved each other and being that we were poor this was the best thing she could give us.I love you sister and i keep you close to me and hope you see how great the kids,yours and mine have grown and become something.
